Missing a day is normal and expected. Your streak will reset, but your overall completion rate still counts the days you hit. Focus on consistency over perfection — even 4-5 days out of 7 is great progress.

Habit Tracking
How to track your weekly habit focus and build consistency over time.
Quick answer: Your coach sets one habit focus per week. Open the app, tap your habit card, and mark it complete each day. Track your streak and see progress over time.
How Habit Tracking Works
1. Your Coach Sets Your Weekly Habit
During each coaching session, your coach identifies one specific habit to focus on. This is based on your goals and what will have the biggest impact that week. Examples: "Add protein to breakfast," "Drink water before meals," or "Plan tomorrow's lunch tonight."
2. You Track Daily Completion
Each day, mark whether you completed your habit. This takes 2 seconds — just tap the habit card and hit "complete." You'll see a checkmark for each day you've hit.
3. Your Progress Builds Over Time
You can see your current streak, weekly completion rate, and history. Your coach reviews this before each session to understand what's working and what needs adjustment.

Common Questions
Message your coach if your habit doesn't feel right. They can adjust it between sessions if needed. That said, try to stick with it for at least a few days before requesting changes — some habits feel harder before they become natural.
Some habits are daily (like "drink water before meals") and some are situational (like "choose protein at lunch when eating out"). For situational habits, mark complete on days when the situation applied and you acted on it. Mark as N/A on days it didn't apply.
Tap your habit card, then scroll down to see past weeks. You can view your completion rate for each habit you've worked on and see trends over time.
Yes. Go to Settings > Reminders > Habit Reminder and set a daily time. Most members set it for a time when they've likely already done the habit, so it's a reminder to log rather than to act.
Tips for Successful Habit Tracking
Log immediately. Mark your habit right after doing it, while it's fresh. Waiting until evening leads to forgetting.
Be honest. Don't mark complete if you didn't actually do it. Honest tracking helps your coach understand what's working.
Celebrate streaks. A 3-day streak is worth celebrating. A 7-day streak is a big deal. Notice your progress.
Use the data. When you review with your coach, talk about what made some days easier than others.
