What problem were you facing when trying to achieve your health goal?
I was looking for someone or something that could help with nutrition but could also help with exercise and accountability. Once I came across Fitmate it was a real no-brainer for me to sign up.
How did Fitmate help you?
It's quite a wide-ranging solution. It has one-to-one coaching, exercise programs, nutrition, and lifestyle help with challenges like sleeping better. It's such an all-rounder for health and fitness that I haven't found anything similar to it.
What did you enjoy about your program?
The most important part of Fitmate for me personally is the accountability. I really like the fact that the coaches check in on a regular basis sometimes more than once a day to make sure that you're doing the things that you said you'd do whether that's your exercise program or your meal plan. There are times that you get a bit carried away with work or family and you forget the goals that you have so it's nice to have that reminder. They remind you quite gently but its good to know that they're there routing for you.
What did Fitmate help you achieve?
When I follow the plan that my coach has laid out for me, I find I am exercising better, sleeping better, eating better and I feel stronger as well. The coaches have definitely set me on the right path with my health and fitness.
