Instructions
- 1. - In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder. 
- 2. - Pour in the mac nut milk and stir until well mixed. 
- 3. - Add the mixed berries, sliced banana, and cinnamon. Stir gently to combine. 
- 4. - If using, add chia seeds for extra fiber and mix well. 
- 5. - Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid. 
- 6. - In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warm them up in the microwave for 30 seconds.
