  1. In a medium bowl, combine salsa, yogurt and seasonings. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken and celery, and stir to coat.
  3. Microwave the tortilla in a microwave safe plate for 10 seconds or until warm.
  4. Lay lettuce across the middle of the tortilla, top with chicken mixture and black beans.

  • 1 whole grain tortilla with around 90 calories
  • 1⁄4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 Tbs avocado
