Instructions
- 1. - Prepare the proteins: Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then shred. In another skillet, cook the ground turkey or pork until browned. For the tofu, crumble it and sauté in a pan until golden. 
- 2. - Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable. 
- 3. - Assemble the tacos: Start with a tortilla, add a portion of each protein (chicken, turkey/pork, and tofu) to each taco. 
- 4. - Top with diced onions, chopped cilantro, and radishes. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top for added flavor. 
- 5. - Serve with avocado slices on the side.

- 2. - 1 lb lean chicken breast, cooked and shredded 
- 3. - 1 lb lean ground turkey or pork 
- 4. - 1 lb firm tofu, crumbled 
- 5. - 1 avocado, halved and sliced 
- 6. - 1 cup diced onions 
- 7. - 1 cup chopped cilantro 
- 8. - 1 lime, cut into wedges 
- 9. - 1 cup diced radishes 
- 10. - Salt and pepper to taste 
- 11. - 1 tsp chili powder (optional) 
- 12. - 1 tsp cumin (optional)
