Instructions
- 1. - In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt and protein powder. Mix well until smooth (2 minutes). 
- 2. - Layer half of the yogurt mixture into four serving bowls. 
- 3. - Add a layer of granola and mixed fruit on top of the yogurt (3 minutes). 
- 4. - Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and fruit (3 minutes). 
- 5. - Sprinkle chia seeds and cinnamon on top if desired (1 minute). 
- 6. - Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

- 1. - 2 cups Greek yogurt (low-fat, unsweetened) 
- 2. - 1 cup granola (low sugar) 
- 3. - 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (berries, banana, or apple) 
- 4. - 2 scoops protein powder (whey or plant-based, unsweetened) 
- 5. - 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber) 
- 6. - 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional for flavor)
