"So this might not count and I understand if it doesnt...but we went out to eat for my husbands birthday today and I got the salad bar. The only protein option they had was ham so I had that as well as lettuce baby corn cherry tomatoes olives a little cheese a lot of ranch and some red onion. Although Im not sure if this could be considered protein rich I enjoyed it and felt satisfied after eating it."
