Instructions
- 1. - Prepare the grilled chicken by seasoning it with your favorite spices and grilling until fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Dice into bite-sized pieces. 
- 2. - Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until soft. 
- 3. - In a bowl, mix the salad greens, corn, cucumber, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, onion, and cilantro to create a fresh salad. 
- 4. - To assemble the tacos, spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla, add the grilled chicken, and top with the fresh salad mixture. 
- 5. - Drizzle salsa over the top and serve immediately.
