Instructions
- 1. - 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- 2. - 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. 
- 3. - 3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing. 
- 4. - 4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, diced beets, nuts, and feta cheese. 
- 5. - 5. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad. 
- 6. - 6. Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing and toss gently to combine. 
- 7. - 7. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy grilled chicken salad!
