Instructions

1. Start by steaming the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.

2. While the broccoli is steaming, grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let it rest before dicing.

3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, steamed broccoli, diced chicken, diced tomato, and pickled onions.

4. Drizzle the light dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

5. Top with crunchy tortilla strips and shredded cheese just before serving.
