"I prepped and cooked all afternoon but I still have a lot to do. Have to make the prepped eggplant dish. Prep lettuce and greens. Make smoothie. Prep pineapple and make a pumpkin cheesecake. Going to work tomorrow too. Wish I could fit in painting too. Below is chickpeas and crustless apple pie without sugar. And prepped some greens but it took a long time. I guess cooking is alot of work. Maybe it will get easier"
