Instructions
- 1. - In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and shredded chicken. 
- 2. - Add the sliced cucumber and mix gently. 
- 3. - In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing. 
- 4. - Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine. 
- 5. - Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
