"Gigi I typed this long post in the wrong area cant cut and paste so going to leave it here For dinner I had chicken and beef fajitas salad. Tasty and filling with chicken beef salad mix grilled onions bell peppers and a chunky tomato salsa as dressing. Monday was an odd day. Felt fine in the AM. Had a busy but nice morning and afternoon. Gone from 9 -4. By the time I got home mentally feeling really off very unusual for me. The only thing I can equate it to is my adukt kids are ADHD and they say they get to the point sometimes where their brains are totally over simulated like at a fully saturated point and just need to totally disengage from everything. Thats how I felt so I took an 1.5 hour nap about 5 pm. I literally have never felt that way before. If I had been scrolling online watching TV or even in noisy locations that would have made sense but I had a pleasant day. After the nap I felt better but not great. I chose not to exercise or get my steps in. Just chilled did some light reading watched a show and went to bed at 10. Slept until 6:30 only waking up twice and right back to sleep. Feel normal this morning"
