- ✓Anything affecting your progress
No limit. Unlimited text support is included in your membership. Message as often as helpful — your coach is here to support you between sessions. That said, batching questions into fewer messages can help you get more thoughtful responses.
Yes. You can attach photos to messages. This is useful for sharing menu options when eating out, showing portion sizes, or getting quick feedback on a meal you're considering.
Messaging is for conversation — questions, updates, and support. Meal logging is for tracking what you eat. Log meals in the dedicated meal log section, and use messages for everything else. Your coach reviews both.
Tips for Effective Messaging
Be specific. Instead of "I had a bad day," try "I overate at dinner because I skipped lunch — how can I prevent this?"
Ask in the moment. If you're at a restaurant unsure what to order, message your coach right then.
Share wins too. Don't just message when struggling — let your coach know when things go well.
Use it proactively. Message about upcoming challenges (travel, events) before they happen.
