Wrap with turkey lunch meat lettuce cheese - I got this lettuce since the grocery had no good spinach and I didnt really like this combo. Need to make some chicken for tomorrow instead!

Instructions

  • 1.

    Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.

  • 2.

    Layer each tortilla with 2 oz of turkey lunch meat.

  • 3.

    Add a handful of shredded lettuce (or spinach) on top of the turkey.

  • 4.

    Place a few slices of tomato on the lettuce.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

  • 6.

    If using, add slices of avocado for creaminess.

  • 7.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 8.

    Wrap the tortilla tightly around the fillings, folding in the sides as you roll.

  • 9.

    Cut in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

    1 cup shredded lettuce (or spinach for added fiber)

    1 cup sliced tomatoes

    1/4 avocado, sliced (optional)

  • 7.

    Salt and pepper to taste
