Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, and sliced purple onion. (5 minutes)
2.
Add the drained chickpeas and black beans to the bowl. (2 minutes)
3.
Layer the turkey lunch meat on top of the salad mixture. (3 minutes)
4.
Sprinkle Snapea Crisps over the salad for added crunch. (1 minute)
5.
Toss gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.

10 oz turkey lunch meat, sliced

1.5 cups lettuce, shredded
3.
1 cup cucumber, diced
4.
1 cup purple onion, thinly sliced
5.
1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
6.
0.5 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
7.
1 cup Snapea Crisps (for crunch)
