Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
4.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
5.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tortillas by warming them in a skillet over medium heat.
6.
Once the meatballs are done, assemble the wraps by placing 2-3 meatballs in each tortilla, topping with a slice of pepper jack cheese and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
7.
Serve with a side of grapes and protein chips.

2 cups grapes
