Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
4.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the meatballs are baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced zucchini and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
6.
Once the meatballs are done, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan.
7.
Serve the meatballs over the sautéed zucchini and drizzle with marinara sauce.
