Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the chopped spinach for added fiber.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.

While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

Once the meatballs are done, serve them with the marinara sauce on top.
