Instructions
1.
1. Start by preparing your ingredients: slice the avocado, cucumber, and carrots.

2. In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

3. Lay out the wraps on a clean surface.

4. Spread a generous layer of the avocado mixture on each wrap.

5. Layer the sliced turkey, shredded carrots, and cucumber on top of the avocado.

6. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

7. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
