Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna and black beans. (2 minutes)

Add the chopped arugula, green leaf lettuce, diced cucumber, and halved grape tomatoes. (3 minutes)
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. (2 minutes)
4.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. (2 minutes)
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
