Instructions
- 1. - 1. Start by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture. Wrap it in a clean towel and place a heavy object on top for about 10 minutes. 
- 2. - 2. While the tofu is pressing, wash and chop the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. 
- 3. - 3. Once the tofu is pressed, cut it into cubes and sauté in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. 
- 4. - 4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and cooked tofu. 
- 5. - 5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
