Instructions
- 1. - 1. Begin by scrambling the eggs: In a non-stick skillet, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently until just set (about 5 minutes). 
- 2. - 2. While the eggs are cooking, toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown. 
- 3. - 3. Once the toast is ready, spread 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter on each slice. 
- 4. - 4. Serve the scrambled eggs alongside the toast, and if desired, add a handful of spinach on top of the eggs for extra fiber and nutrients.
