Instructions
- 1. - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary. 
- 2. - While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad base by placing the chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl. 
- 3. - Once the beef is cooked, add it to the bowl with the lettuce. 
- 4. - Top the salad with Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar cheese, turkey bites, Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, and sliced almonds. 
- 5. - If using, add diced tomatoes and black beans for extra flavor and fiber. 
- 6. - Toss gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.

- 3. - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 
- 4. - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 6. - 1/2 cup Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 
- 7. - 1/4 cup sliced almonds 
- 8. - 1 cup diced tomatoes (optional) 
- 9. - 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained (optional for added fiber)
