"I had this salad its what I call enchilada salad. Its mainly Romain lettuce in arugula which I really enjoy. I also add half a small tomato some cucumber and some bell pepper. I then take two ground turkey enchiladas and put it on the salad I top it was a half a serving of cheese and a dollop of reduced calorie sour cream. It totaled 450 cal. I really enjoy the salad but Im going to prepare a much smaller portion next time as it was too much. I enjoyed the meal what I ate was filling and it made me feel like I was having a lean meal."
