“Tacos with corn tortillas and lean ground beef”

“Off to a great start! The lean beef provides the protein you need and corn tortillas are a healthier option compared to flour ones I also see some berries and beans for added fiber lovely!”
Instructions
- 1. - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat. 
- 2. - Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted. 
- 3. - Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 30 seconds until pliable. 
- 4. - Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the beef and spinach mixture on each tortilla. 
- 5. - Top with shredded cheese, salsa, and a side of black beans. 
- 6. - Serve with fresh raspberries on the side for a sweet finish.

- 1. - 1 lb lean ground beef (90% lean or higher) 
- 2. - 8 corn tortillas 
- 3. - 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained 
- 4. - 1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheese 
- 5. - 1 cup salsa (low-sugar) 
- 6. - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped 
- 7. - 1 cup raspberries (for serving)
