Instructions
- 1. - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat. 
- 2. - Season the beef with your choice of spices (like cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder) and stir well. 
- 3. - While the beef is cooking, prepare the toppings: slice the avocado, chop the mixed lettuce, and set aside the pickled onions and cilantro. 
- 4. - Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 30 seconds until pliable. 
- 5. - Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the seasoned beef on each tortilla, followed by the mixed lettuce, avocado slices, pickled onions, cilantro, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
