“Taco Bowl - lean ground beef Spanish brown rice pinto beans pickled onions cilantro 1/4 avocado 1 Tbsp sour cream 1 ounce sharp cheddar and a few crushed tortilla strips for crunch. I plan to buy some reduced fat sour cream when I use this up and look for reduced fat cheddar too I couldnt find any at Aldi.”

Instructions
- 1. - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary. 
- 2. - Add the cooked Spanish brown rice and pinto beans to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through. 
- 3. - In a large bowl, layer the shredded lettuce, followed by the beef and rice mixture. 
- 4. - Top with pickled onions, cilantro, avocado slices, reduced-fat sour cream, and reduced-fat cheddar cheese. 
- 5. - Finish with a sprinkle of crushed tortilla strips for crunch. Serve immediately.

- 8. - 1 oz reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 
- 9. - 1 cup lettuce, shredded 
- 10. - 1/4 cup crushed tortilla strips (baked if possible)
