"Still in the mood for Cuban food apparently. We have this awesome food hall here and my training today was only 5 minutes from it so of course I had to go. I got a bowl with pulled chicken grilled onions black beans tostones and cilantro lime rice. I knew I couldnt eat it all so I concentrated on the chicken onions and beans eating less than 1/2 cup of rice."
"Your Cuban food bowl looks absolutely delicious and Im glad you enjoyed it. Great job on being mindful of your portion sizes and focusing on the pulled chicken grilled onions and black beans. Eating less than 1/2 cup of rice is a smart choice as it helps to minimize the intake of carbohydrates low in fiber"
