Instructions
- 1. - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- 2. - In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking soda, and salt. 
- 3. - In another bowl, combine the applesauce, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. 
- 4. - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. 
- 5. - Fold in the dark chocolate chips. 
- 6. - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. 
- 7. - Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- 4. - 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

- 6. - 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher) 
- 7. - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
- 8. - 1/4 teaspoon salt 
- 9. - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
