Instructions
- 1. - In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. 
- 2. - In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. 
- 3. - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes. 
- 4. - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray. 
- 5. - Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. 
- 6. - Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary. 
- 7. - Serve warm topped with Greek yogurt and fresh blackberries.

- 4. - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-calorie milk alternative)

- 6. - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
- 7. - 1/4 tsp salt 
- 8. - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (for topping) 
- 9. - 1 cup fresh blackberries (for topping)
