Instructions
- 1. - In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, mashed banana, egg whites, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes). 
- 2. - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray. 
- 3. - Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. 
- 4. - While pancakes are cooking, prepare turkey bacon in a separate skillet until crispy. 
- 5. - Serve pancakes warm with turkey bacon on the side and sliced banana on top.

- 3. - 1 ripe banana, mashed 
- 4. - 2 large egg whites 
- 5. - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-calorie milk) 
- 6. - 1 tsp baking powder 
- 7. - 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
- 8. - Salt to taste 
- 9. - 4 slices turkey bacon (for a leaner option)
