Instructions
- 1. - In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder (if using), chopped nuts, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. 
- 2. - Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and form a sticky mixture. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more peanut butter or honey. 
- 3. - Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish, ensuring it's compact. 
- 4. - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. 
- 5. - Once set, cut into bars and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
