"Pictures are working again. Its just a glitch I guess. So Epcot has a food festival going on right now and this is what I chose for lunch its two small portions. Probably a little fatty but protein rich and a decent amount of fiber when all components are added up. I wont go into full descriptions but protein from the pork belly raclette cheese and porchetta. Fiber in the broccoli Rabe sourdough bread and tomatoes. Trying to find some vegetables and balance where I can while still enjoying vacation."
