Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • 2.

    Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • 3.

    Place the pork chops in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  • 4.

    While the pork is cooking, steam the green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  • 5.

    Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then air fry for 8-10 minutes until crispy.

  • 6.

    Once the pork is done, brush with low-sugar BBQ sauce and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

    Serve the pork with steamed green beans and air-fried broccoli on the side.
