Instructions
- 1. - In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and hemp hearts. 
- 2. - Add the Fage 2% plain yogurt and milk, stirring until well mixed. 
- 3. - Stir in the dried fruit, vanilla extract, and cinnamon if using. 
- 4. - Divide the mixture into four jars or containers. 
- 5. - Top each jar with sliced banana. 
- 6. - Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid. 
- 7. - In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy your healthy overnight oats!
