"I was super in a hurry because I forgot an appointment that I had. Before I left I had yogurt in a bowl and poured Kashi Go Cereal on it and took it with me as I went out the door. On the way to my appointment I ate the whole thing and I felt positive and happy. I felt that way because knew that my breakfast was already decided and its apart of my plan.No guilt or thinking I need to choose better foods because I did! I did struggle with getting a picture the closest I got was thing a picture of the after math."
