Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (if using). Mix well until smooth.
2.
Slice the bananas and set aside.
3.
On each plate, spread a generous portion of the yogurt mixture.
4.
Top the yogurt with sliced bananas.
5.
Serve each plate with a hard-boiled egg and a slice of whole grain bread on the side.
6.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top for added flavor, if desired.
