Instructions
- 1. - In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with half of the halved grapes. Set aside. 
- 2. - In a non-stick skillet, spray a little olive oil and heat over medium. 
- 3. - Add the diced green bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened. 
- 4. - Add the chopped spinach and cook for another 2 minutes until wilted. 
- 5. - In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet. 
- 6. - Scramble the eggs with the vegetables until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes. 
- 7. - Serve the scrambled eggs alongside the yogurt mixture topped with the remaining grapes.
