"Egg white wraps with dairy free cheese. It was just right on filling and satisfying. I think I struggled with eating it too fast. Dont get me wrong I could have eaten it down in seconds. I did take more time to eat it. I wonder if there is a eating meditation type thing? Where I can be thinking about how grateful for the progress Im making and be okay with not finishing something. Just really intentional with listening to my body and when a need has been fulfilled and not necessarily over filling it."
"Great work Desiree! Its fantastic to see you making progress towards your weekly goal. Your mindful approach to eating is commendable. Its not just about what we eat but also how we eat it. Being present and grateful during meals can indeed enhance the experience and help us tune into our bodys signals. This can be a form of meditation in itself. Keep exploring this path its a wonderful way to connect with your body and your nutrition.****"
