Instructions
- 1. - Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping the apples and banana. 
- 2. - In a blender, combine the chopped apples, banana, spinach, almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds. 
- 3. - Blend on high until smooth, adding ice cubes if desired for a chilled smoothie. 
- 4. - Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary (consider adding a splash of honey or maple syrup, but keep it minimal).
