Instructions
- 1. - In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and high-protein milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. (Approx. 5 minutes) 
- 2. - Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the oats are cooked and creamy. 
- 3. - Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon. 
- 4. - Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with sliced bananas and blueberries. 
- 5. - On the side, serve the cooked chicken sausages.

- 1. - 2 cups rolled oats 
- 2. - 4 cups high-protein milk (or regular milk with protein powder added) 
- 3. - 2 ripe bananas, sliced 
- 4. - 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 
- 5. - 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
- 6. - 4 chicken sausages, cooked
