Instructions
- 1. - In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and water or almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 
- 2. - Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and stir in the flaxseed meal, protein powder (if using), and cinnamon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy. 
- 3. - While the oats are cooking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your liking (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.). 
- 4. - Once the oats are cooked, remove from heat and stir in the chopped almonds and blueberries. 
- 5. - Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with a cooked egg. Add a drizzle of sweetener if desired.

- 5. - 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 
- 6. - 1 scoop protein powder (optional, choose a low-sugar option) 
- 7. - 4 large eggs 
- 8. - 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) 
- 9. - Sweetener of choice (optional, e.g., stevia or honey, but keep it minimal)
