Instructions
- 1. - In a medium saucepan, bring water or almond milk to a boil (about 5 minutes). 
- 2. - Add rolled oats and reduce heat to low. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until creamy. 
- 3. - Stir in the protein powder until fully combined. Remove from heat and set aside. 
- 4. - In a separate pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste (about 5 minutes). 
- 5. - Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with blueberries and almonds, alongside the scrambled eggs and pico de gallo.

- 3. - 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) 
- 4. - 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 
- 5. - 1/4 cup almonds (sliced or whole) 
- 6. - 1/2 cup spicy pico de gallo 
- 7. - 4 large eggs 
- 8. - Salt and pepper to taste
