Instructions
- 1. - In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and water or almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 
- 2. - Once boiling, reduce heat to low and stir in the flaxseed meal, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy. 
- 3. - While the oats are cooking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your liking (sunny-side up, scrambled, etc.). 
- 4. - Once the oats are cooked, remove from heat and stir in the chopped almonds and raisins. 
- 5. - Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with a cooked egg on the side.

- 3. - 1/4 cup flaxseed meal 
- 4. - 1/2 cup almonds, chopped 
- 5. - 1/2 cup raisins 
- 6. - 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) 
- 7. - 4 eggs 
- 8. - 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 9. - 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
