“Leftover chicken oatmeal blueberries almonds. 1/2 C 2% milk I ate the chicken first and then ate about 2/3 of the oatmeal. Stopped because I was full Eating chicken for breakfast still feels weird but I had lots of leftovers and it sounded good this morning!”

Instructions
- 1. - In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and 2 cups of milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. (5 minutes) 
- 2. - Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the oats are cooked and creamy. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. 
- 3. - While the oats are cooking, prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces. 
- 4. - Once the oats are ready, remove from heat and stir in the shredded chicken, blueberries, and honey (if using). Mix well to combine. (2 minutes) 
- 5. - Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with chopped almonds for added crunch and nutrition.

- 3. - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded 
- 4. - 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
