Instructions
- 1. - Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat (about 5 minutes). 
- 2. - In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties. 
- 3. - Spray the grill with olive oil (if using) and place the turkey patties on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). 
- 4. - While the turkey burgers are cooking, steam or sauté the mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, and green bell pepper) in a separate pan for about 10-15 minutes until tender. 
- 5. - In the last few minutes of cooking, add the diced sweet potato to the grill or a separate pot to steam until soft (about 10 minutes). 
- 6. - Serve the grilled turkey burgers with the mixed veggies and sweet potato on the side.

- 3. - 1 cup broccoli, chopped 
- 4. - 1 cup cauliflower, chopped 
- 5. - 1 medium zucchini, sliced 
- 6. - 1 cup carrots, sliced 
- 7. - 1 green bell pepper, chopped 
- 8. - 1 tsp garlic powder 
- 9. - 1 tsp onion powder 
- 10. - Salt and pepper to taste 
- 11. - Olive oil spray (optional)
