Instructions
- 1. - 1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. 
- 2. - 2. Season the chicken breasts with your favorite spices (e.g., paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper). 
- 3. - 3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 
- 4. - 4. In the same grill, add sliced bell peppers and onions. Grill for about 5 minutes until they are tender. 
- 5. - 5. Warm the Carbwise multigrain wraps on the grill for about 1 minute on each side. 
- 6. - 6. Assemble the wraps by placing grilled chicken, peppers, onions, and shredded lettuce on each wrap. Top with low-fat cheese. 
- 7. - 7. Roll the wrap tightly and serve with a side of mixed fruit.
