Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F/190°C).

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken legs.

Grill the chicken legs for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
4.
While the chicken is grilling, bring the chicken broth or water to a boil in a saucepan.
5.
Add the pearled couscous to the boiling liquid, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until tender.
6.
Fluff the couscous with a fork and serve alongside the grilled chicken.
7.
Plate the dish with fresh strawberries on the side and garnish with fresh herbs.
