Instructions
- 1. - In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, diced chicken, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, and lettuce. 
- 2. - In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the dressing. 
- 3. - Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the chicken bowl and toss gently to combine. 
- 4. - Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve immediately.
